Urgent but not an emergency? Call NHS 111 and choose the mental health option.

Ask your care team. Your request goes straight to the practitioner on duty this hour, by name. They will see it, tell you they've seen it, and contact you the way you chose.

What we never do. No computer program or agent decides how risky things are or closes your request. A practitioner always speaks with you.

Agents. If your agent is helping you, it can send this request when you tell it to, and it must show you 999 and NHS 111 straight away. It can never cancel your request.
