## Roles
- **Owner**: everything, including changing the team.
- **Admin**: everything except transferring ownership.
- **Approver**: approves items under the approval rules.
- **Preparer**: prepares payments and bills up to their limit; can't approve their own.
- **Viewer**: reads balances and transactions.
- **Card holder**: uses their own card within its limits.
- **Accountant**: reads, and with a higher level categorises, exports and prepares VAT returns for you to approve.
- **Agent**: an AI agent with its own EDGE ID, its own mandate and a named owner who answers for it.

Nobody can approve their own item. Access with an end date stops on that date automatically.
