Direct Debits

A Direct Debit lets an organisation take payments from your account. The amount and date can change, but they must tell you first (an advance notice).

You can cancel any Direct Debit here at any time. If a payment was taken wrongly, you can claim a refund under the Direct Debit Guarantee.
