Reproducing a report

The reproduction command reruns the certified procedure on the same data snapshot and must give the same value within the bound. The exclusion check confirms no protected characteristic or proxy was used. The legal basis for this check: Equality Act 2010 and UK automated-decision rules as recorded in research (research/judiverse/COMPETITORS-REGULATORS-REUSE.md, research/public-consortium/COMPETITORS-REGULATORS-REUSE.md). Whether this report is a credit reference, which would need FCA permission (article 89B) and bring Consumer Credit Act 1974 sections 158 and 159 duties, is OPEN until legal advice (research/finance/CONFIDENCE-REPORTING.md section 4.2).
