Channel moderator and agent governor: Add members and guests with expiry. Starts when: People join. Steps: Open members; Add by EDGE ID; Set role; Set guest expiry; Save. Done when: The member grid shows roles and expiry with receipts. Rules that apply: Teams and Outlook parity (guest access).
