Paid student work, offset against tuition

Any student work a client takes into use is paid, never free: at least the National Living Wage per hour, whatever the student's age. The student chooses how much of each payment goes in cash and how much is offset against tuition owed; the offset never exceeds what is owed. The Consortium's fee is stated on every payment. Visa work-hour limits are enforced by the scheduler.
