Employment within the platform

An employer, or its hiring agent under mandate, publishes a vacancy, receives applications built from candidates' verified EDGE ID records instead of CVs, decides each one with a recorded reason and a person accountable for every rejection, makes an offer, checks right to work through a registered digital verification provider, issues a contract both sides sign, pays people with a payslip whose every line traces to the contract and hours, and ends employment with final pay and every access right revoked on the same day; an inspector can re-run any of it.
