Councillor and cabinet member: Register disclosable pecuniary interests. Starts when: Within 28 days of taking office, or within 28 days of a change. Steps: Open the register form; Enter employment, sponsorship, contracts, land, licences, tenancies and securities for self and partner; Sign; Submit to the monitoring officer. Done when: The entry is published on the council website and the submission is dated within 28 days. Rules that apply: Localism Act 2011 s29 to s31; Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012.
