Onboard an agent as a customer

A person or organisation who is already a verified EDGE Finance customer brings an AI agent on board as a real customer: the agent receives a birth certificate naming its EDGE ID, its accountable owner, its purpose, a fixed term, its model and version lineage, its capabilities, its mailbox, portal and racetrack, and the public half of keys generated and held by the agent's own host; it passes know-your-agent checks whose results and reasons are shown; and it gets an account in its own name, with its accountable owner named on the account (decision tok:decision:01m696xzzpcbnsexpcdtz7ak9n). No agent acts before its birth certificate is issued, and no identity is ever reused.
