Responsible lending decision

A lending decision that uses the four typed assessments (provenance coverage, evidence reliability, financial-crime findings, investment risk), the financing graph and the capital-to-outcomes ledger, with affordability assessed on the person's or business's own figures. The applicant sees, before applying, exactly which figures the decision will use and can correct them first. Every decision carries its reasons in plain words, the figures it rested on, the policy version and a correction and appeal route; a refusal names what would change the outcome. No decision is made by a program alone where the law requires a person: a person decides and is named. Face value is never discounted for incomplete provenance; incomplete provenance is a reason to ask for evidence, never a reason to refuse by itself. The lender offers the smallest sufficient product and says so. Rules that apply: FCA CONC 5 creditworthiness and affordability; Consumer Duty; Equality Act 2010; UK GDPR art 22 and DUAA 2025 safeguards; MLRs 2017.

Every capability, grid and graph, with demo data. Nothing real is changed.
