Verify identity in person

A person who cannot, or prefers not to, verify their identity online does it in person, at an EDGE point or with an EDGE device brought to them. The device reads their identity document's chip by tap, scans a visit code to bind the session to the right person and application, and compares their face with the chip photo while an EDGE officer is present. The result goes to their account application or EDGE ID with a plain reason, and can be challenged. Their agent can find a point, book, change or cancel the visit, and read the result.
