Customer self-service: View and download a statement. Starts when: Customer opens statement. Steps: Choose account and period; View entries; Download PDF or CSV; Receipt of download. Done when: Statement total equals ledger entries for the period and the download receipt is stored. Rules that apply: FCA BCOBS 4.1.4; Payment Accounts Regulations 2015 reg 13.
