Customer self-service: Save an unfinished application. Starts when: Customer leaves the application before submitting. Steps: Autosave each field; Return to application; Resume at last step; Continue or withdraw. Done when: Customer reopens the application at the saved step and the revision number is unchanged. Rules that apply: BIAN Party Lifecycle Management.
