Confidence report

A person, an organisation or an agent acting under its mandate sees its own confidence report: the value, its error bound, the date of the data and why it is what it is, with every entry and its evidence. The report records not only whether obligations were met but how the subject acted when things went wrong: whether they did all they could, how and when they communicated, and what caused it, so one turn of events does not define them. The subject can add context such as a life event, contest any entry and have it decided by a person with reasons, and share the report with consent for a purpose and a period they choose, revocable at any time. The report never uses protected characteristics or their proxies, is explainable and contestable, and strengthens KYC by adding verified conduct to verified identity.
