Direct Debits

A person, an organisation or an agent acting under its mandate can see every Direct Debit on the account with its last and next collection; an agent can set one up only with organisations and up to amounts its mandate allows; the account holder can cancel any Direct Debit at once, record the advance notice an organisation sent and see whether each collection matches it, and claim a refund under the Direct Debit Guarantee when a collection was wrong, with every step proved.
